These roles offer the opportunity of joining Fraud & Error Digital – Counter Fraud and Compliance Operations Team within DWP Digital, Digital Modernisation and Efficiency Directorate.
We are looking for a driven and passionate Digital Project Manager who can build digital capability, lead complex product delivery, and deliver successful outcomes.
The team has responsibility for management/delivery of a large, complex and diverse work programme for Counter Fraud Compliance & Debt that is currently the largest business directorate Impacting the DWP live estate across all service lines approx. 9,000 staff.
This is a unique and challenging opportunity to work with the business to deliver against appropriate, value for money requirements to support their fight against individual fraud, serious and organised crime and non-compliance.
* Managing the end-to-end delivery of projects.
* Applying industry-standard project management principles and techniques to their work.
* Helping business colleagues to define and validate requirements.
* Communicating with a host of stakeholders at all levels, managing stakeholders appropriately in order to ensure successful delivery.
* Build and manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams and suppliers, proactively identifying risks and issues and managing these.
* Requirements/solution design options and complex network engagement.
* Take responsibility for their own learning and development.
