The Role
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our busy Curriculum Admin Team based primarily at our Bromley campus but willing to work flexibly across sites if business needs demand.
The Curriculum Admin team support enquiries from students, parent/carers and other stakeholders. The team provide administration support to all the curriculum areas and work with most support teams across our campuses. The team are responsible for the administration of the colleges behaviour policy, general admin duties etc.
The role demands the ability to relate to and empathise with students of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of level 2 qualifications in numeracy and literacy, a high-level understanding of customer service principles and experience of working in an educational environment.
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential
