Neway is looking for a Case Quality Standards Officer to join our client based with Thurrock Council.
This role is starting at the beginning of October, working 37 hours a week in an ongoing contract.
To identify and investigate serious organised crime cases throughout the UK committed against the UK government, working in conjunction with other agencies where necessary. To identify any weaknesses in systems and controls, to develop and implement processes and procedures to reduce the risk for fraud to be committed. To manage a comprehensive Intelligence, Investigation, and Prosecution operational case management system, ensuring compliance with Codes of Practice and local policy. To assist with the ongoing development and delivery of training for that system’s use across the organisation and provide SME support to investigation teams and senior management.
