The Role Join us as Channel Marketing Executive and support the Channel Marketing Assistant Manager in developing and implementing strategies for Electric Vans, Fleet, After Sales, and Motability. Your role will be dynamic and multifaceted, involving paid media campaigns, CRM development, website updates, and exciting events. You’ll create impactful dealer marketing assets, manage digital screen content, and ensure Kia’s products and services shine in the market. You’ll also handle reporting, budget tracking, and presentations for dealers and stakeholders, all to build a loyal customer base, drive sales, and convert prospects. General Responsibilities: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that marketing programs and strategies align with the business objectives of each channel. Support the creation of bespoke marketing materials, adhering to agreed strategic requirements. Participate in the briefing process from inception to approval and oversee the development of materials. Assist in raising and tracking media/production budgets. Gather campaign data and compile regular reporting slides to record the performance of each campaign by channel for stakeholder distribution. Channel-Specific Responsibilities: Creative: Assist in the briefing, feedback, and creation of media assets, including key visuals, social media assets, and dealer materials. Media: Help write briefs for approval and manage paid social, radio, PPC, press, and other media channels for all campaigns, including van (PBV) campaigns. Events: Support Kia’s presence at relevant events, report on event KPIs, and attend industry events to assess interest for future participation. CRM: Aid in the briefing, feedback, setup, and performance monitoring of national and dealer HTML email campaigns/templates for events, van & car launches, and promotions. Website: Maintain the www.kia.com/uk site to ensure it reflects the latest information and campaigns. Link media and reporting to enhance conversion rates in the Owners, Business, and PBV sections. Provide support for strategic planning, including the formulation of annual marketing plans and quarterly campaigns. Collaborate with the Dealer Marketing team on the Dealer Marketing Portal: set up portal notifications, newsletters, create content for the Dealer Social Calendar, and encourage dealers to download and utilize marketing assets, measuring effectiveness. Assist in establishing a new section within the Marketing Portal for Vans (PBVs). Produce and publish dealer bulletins to ensure timely and efficient communication of KUK actions to dealers. Work with internal teams to maintain content on digital product brochures, spec sheets, showcases, and in-dealer digital screens, ensuring it remains up to date and relevant. About You Education: Educated to degree or equivalent level preferred. Skills: High energy, driven, self-starter and well-motivated Demonstrate effectiveness in working cross functionally Organised individual with a high level of attention to detail and results driven Demonstrates resilience, flexibility and willingness to explore different paths to achieve an outcome Manage budgets, schedules and in preparing estimates Adjust quickly to new circumstances, challenges and ability to handle ambiguity A team player working on multiple projects supporting various initiative. Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel Experience: Automotive experience required. An understanding of Project Management is highly beneficial.
