The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students. Responsibilities: Assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons and providing support to students Running targeted interventions to support students who require additional assistance Providing support to students in KS1 and KS2 Supporting the development of student's social, emotional and academic skills Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students Requirements: A minimum of a Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a related subject such as childcare, education or health and social care Previous experience in a teaching assistant or similar role The ability to work flexibly and adapt to different year groups and subjects A strong commitment to supporting the needs of all students, including those with SEN Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
