Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Support Specialist and perform project lifecycle support for a Project Management Office within an enterprise level regional utility environment. This individual will serve on the Project Management Office (PMO) core team as the primary point-of-contact (POC) to coordinate with stakeholders on all aspects of the bi-weekly Mission Critical Prioritization Steering Committee meeting, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting minutes, etc. This position will also provide System Life Cycle (SLC) process support.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is based in Vancouver, WA and is hybrid with work performed onsite one - two days weekly.
The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $29.57 - $35.57 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
1. A degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics or a closely related field is preferred.
2. 6 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
3. 8 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
4. 10 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
5. Experience should include all aspects of project lifecycle support/analysis and financial forecasting.
6. High level of proficiency and attention to detail in business writing and preparing presentation materials.
7. Understanding and experience with project management and coordination concepts and principles.
8. Proficient in the use of SharePoint.
9. High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
