Role: Project Coordinator Department: Property

Coordinating the successful delivery of a range of Store Development and business-specific projects across all territories on time and to budget in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day activities include providing administrative support to Project Managers and senior team members, liaising with Contractors, External Suppliers and Internal stakeholders, placing orders and ensuring projects run to schedule.
Providing administrative support to other teams within the property department as required when needed.
Maintaining cost trackers, monitoring budgets and project spending
- Liaise with Contractors and External Suppliers
- Schedule dates for deliveries and installations and monitor completion
- Maintain warehouse stock inventory and dispatch of products
- Liaise with Internal Departments to deliver project requirements
- Administrative support for Senior Construction and Design Manager/Project Managers
- Adhoc Administrative cover for other Property Department teams
Numerical – monitoring of costs, invoices.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Excel would be advantageous
- Prior Experience of working in a Project Management environment would be advantageous
