Job Description
* Oversee the logistics solutions function to ensure smooth development transport and distribution operations.
* Develop strategic solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure a seamless workflow.
* Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
* Address any issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
* Provide guidance and support to the logistics team.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Solutions Manager should have:
* A degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a Warehouse Solutions design within the transport and distribution industry.
* Strong knowledge of logistics operations and industry regulations.
* Warehouse modelling expertise in AutoCAD, CLASS, Sketch-up or similar tools.
* Expert experience in data analysis and modelling related logistics industry.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop strategic solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
