Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage the SEND Statutory Assessments Team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Oversee and monitor the statutory assessment process to ensure compliance with regulations and timelines.
Support Team Development through coaching, guidance, and a commitment to professional growth within a collaborative team environment.
Drive Innovation and Solutions to navigate challenges within a large organizational structure undergoing transformation.
Foster Stakeholder Relationships by building strong connections with families, educational settings, and other partners.
