We are seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our supportive team at a thriving secondary school in Stoke. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with students and support their learning in a dynamic and encouraging environment. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classes in the absence of the regular teacher. Your primary duties will include delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring that students remain engaged and focused on their work. You will also monitor student progress, provide support as needed, and help foster a culture of respect and cooperation among learners. Ideal candidates should have experience working with secondary school students, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and classroom management techniques. Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage young people are essential.
