We are currently recruiting for the position of Restaurant Manager. We are looking for a hospitality professional able to make every guest feel special and have the ability to encourage and motivate the team to do the same. Your knowledge of food and drink will inspire others and you will enjoy sharing your knowledge through regular training and development. Working alongside the rest of our Food & Beverage management team, you will be responsible for the team overseeing our fine dining restaurant - ensuring our guests enjoy every meal. Of course, being a Restaurant Manager requires a lot of skill and dedication, so you will have incredible organisational skills and attention to detail, along with stamina and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
