Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum + bonus + benefits
* Comprehensive training programme to set you up for success and multiple positions available
* Flexible hybrid working—up to 80% from home post-probation
* 35-hour work week, no unsociable hours, and a fantastic city-centre location
About the role
As a First Notification of Loss Claims Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for our motor insurance customers when they need to make a claim. This is your chance to make a real difference—listening, supporting, and providing exceptional service during life’s unexpected moments.
You’ll work 35 hours a week on a rotational shift pattern:
* Monday–Friday: Between 8am–8pm
* Saturday: 9am–2pm (roughly 1 in every 6 Saturdays)
Our industry-leading training combines classroom learning and hands-on experience to help you confidently handle motor claims and general insurance queries. Unlike a typical call centre, we focus on understanding each customer’s needs, showing empathy, and delivering outstanding service.
We value a healthy work-life balance. After probation, you’ll have the option to work up to 80% of your hours from home while still enjoying our vibrant Glasgow city-centre office, surrounded by shops, cafes, gyms, and more.
The start date for the roles we have is April 14th.

* A calm and supportive approach to help customers in stressful situations
