Position Overview As a Project Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process, ensuring the smooth transition of projects from enquiry to product launch. You will work closely with project stakeholders to collect, analyse, and interpret data, enabling informed decision-making and ensuring project milestones are achieved efficiently. Project Coordinator Responsibilities Collect and analyse accurate data for all APQP projects, from enquiry to product launch sign-off. Review project schedules, track progress, and create detailed reports for leadership and project teams. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure successful execution. Facilitate milestone reviews and provide updates to stakeholders to ensure projects meet budgets, quality standards, and timelines. Review and evaluate project deliverables to verify compliance with project requirements. Identify risks and issues that may affect project outcomes and collaborate with stakeholders to develop contingency plans. Manage and maintain NPD (New Product Development) orders, including tool order invoicing, prototyping, and off-tool sample requirements. Ensure on-time delivery of all project components and drive project conversion. Travel domestically and internationally to customer sites as required. Project Coordinator Qualifications Degree in engineering, finance, business administration, or equivalent project management qualification. Proficient in IT, with strong skills in MS Project and MS Excel. Experience Extensive project management experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong experience in project planning, risk, and issue management. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 product development environments.
