As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll get support for your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing, as well as market-leading policies to help you through life events from bereavement and pregnancy loss to fertility treatment and menopause.

* Ensure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy.
* Support your store manager by deputising when they’re not working.
* Lead the way when introducing new products and services.
* Build relationships and get involved in your local community.
This job would suit people who have

* The ability to balance leading and supporting your team.
* Great people skills.

Why Co-op?
* Full, paid training and dedicated support for your personal development.
* 30% discount on all Co-op products in-store.
* A pension scheme with up to 10% employer contributions.
* Wagestream– a money management app.
* Virtual healthcare services for you and your family.
