* Experience working with students with SEMH needs or in a similar support role is desirable
* A patient, empathetic approach with the ability to build positive relationships with students
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A passion for making a positive impact in students’ lives and supporting them to reach their potential
* A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to new challenges
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with SEMH needs in the classroom, helping them manage emotions and behaviours
* Assist in delivering individualised learning and behaviour plans
* Work closely with the teacher to create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
* Encourage students to stay motivated and engaged, helping them feel confident in their abilities
* Provide emotional support and help students develop social and emotional skills
