Job Description
The job holder will be expected to contribute significantly to the overall delivery of the MA/SEN2 Aftermarket businesses in total. In addition, the RAM is expected to collaborate with colleagues throughout the business to achieve the best possible result for Bosch as a whole.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Write and implement account plans for his/her designated Key Accounts together with the customer and Bosch sales teams
2. Ensure account plans are updated ongoing with all current and relevant information concerning the client and their / our activities
3. Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include face to face meetings, telephone and email communication. You will be required to spend 80% of your time in face to face client engaged activity
4. Pursue opportunities for account growth and new business with the WTE and second trade level sales teams
5. Communicate the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the RB team
6. Provides regular two-way communication between the client and RB team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
7. Ensure the necessary training and development of your clients Regional Managers / Sales Managers / Branch Managers are catered for encouraging and motivating them to sell Bosch products
8. Review all major deliverables ( strategic brief, ongoing projects, function spec, etc) to ensure KPI’s and client expectations are met
9. Ensure you manage all expectations of all parties involved by communicating through meetings, verbal, written and email forms
10. Producing a monthly and quarterly status report and establishing individual requirements
11. Actively seeking to increase the services offered to your client from the RB portfolio of products and services and to increase the income generated and maximize profit
12. Reporting of information within the division as required
Qualifications
13. Experience of the UK Automotive Aftermarket
14. Outline knowledge of Diagnostics Equipment
15. Have experience of working in a remote location away from a head office
16. Have broad knowledge of H&S requirements
17. Be IT literate in a variety of Microsoft programmes
18. Have awareness of Bosch internal structures and policy (desirable)
19. Have knowledge of Bosch information and site related software systems (desirable)
20. Ability to confidently take ownership of customer and stakeholder queries
21. Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with all members of MA as well as the wider Bosch network
22. To display, at all times, a customer oriented, service provider attitude and be a positive ambassador for the company
23. Be determined, energetic and flexible
24. Effectively and timely work towards defined targets
25. Must hold a full clean UK driving license
26. Be able to participate in events outside of normal working hours
