Dutch or French speaking Application Engineer (Manufacturing industry)

Responsibilities:
1. To provide application engineering support within a manufacturing environment to the UK and Benelux regions, collaborating with the technical team to expertly address customer queries.
2. Enhance the customer technical support experience by proactively addressing the customer’s needs regarding cost, timing, quality, and key issues.
3. Act as a technical liaison between the company, sales partners, and both new and existing customers, ensuring that all clients receive outstanding support for their technical questions and issues.
4. Foster positive relationships and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
5. Cultivate an understanding of the dynamic UK and Benelux CAD/CAM market, embracing the technology, navigating the competition, and seizing the opportunities ahead.
6. Enhance support for existing customers, conduct on-site visits, and offer assistance with applications programming.
7. Create and facilitate training sessions that empower both prospective and existing customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
8. Effectively program, operate, and maintain machine tools, providing valuable support to both prospective and existing customers.
9. Visit customers within the UK and Benelux region.
Candidate's Profile:
1. Fluent in either Dutch or French (both written and spoken).
2. Excellent working knowledge of CAD/CAM programming software required.
3. Background working within a manufacturing environment needed.
4. Experience as an Applications Engineer beneficial.
5. Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
6. Full UK driving licence.
7. Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
8. Professional and positive approach to developing and maintaining relationships.
