Now, we want you to be a part of our journey as a Accounts Assistant at our Volkswagen Dealership in Birmingham.
Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour's lunch.

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Checking accuracy and validity of incoming invoices.
2. Daily and weekly banking reports.
3. Updating and answering queries from our suppliers.
4. Updating internal computer systems.
5. Chasing and allocating debtors.
6. Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger duties - including inputting invoices, allocating payments and payment runs.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Be confident with various computer software and confident in learning new systems and most importantly have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
2. Previous experience of at least 12 months in a similar role.
3. The candidate must have purchase ledger experience.
4. Have a good understanding of Mathematics.
5. Hold a GCSE qualification of a Grade C or 4 and above in Maths.
