Job Description
3. Leading and motivating the Purchase Ledger team.
4. Reviewing and processing invoices and payments.
5. Reviewing processes and seeing how they could be more efficient
6. Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and resolving any issues that arise.
7. Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
8. Being meticulous and organised in order to keep the team running efficiency
9. Contributing to the overall strategy and success of the Accounting & Finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Team Leader should have:
10. Good understanding of sales and purchase ledger
11. Experience of managing a team
12. Have the ability to motivate and drive your agenda
13. Strong skills in numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
14. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
