Trainee Teaching Assistant Teaching Personnel are seeking individuals who aspire to work with children in secondary schools in the Cardiff area to support pupils aged 11-16. As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you’ll receive free online safeguarding training courses to complete throughout the registration process followed by a trial placement in a local secondary school. Following this, we’ll be able to offer you positions in your area. Trainee Teaching Assistant Details: Supporting pupils aged 11-16 Earn £90 per day Hours: 8:30 – 15:30 (term time only) Start dates from March 3 rd 2025 As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will complete comprehensive induction training including: Introduction to being a Teaching Assistant, Level 2 Safeguarding, KCSIE (Keeping Children Safe in Education), and Positive Behaviour training.
