We'dlike you to join us as a Staff Nurseat our service Hunters Moor in Birmingham.At Hunters Moor, we provide specialist Level 2 Neurological Rehabilitation and Neurobehavioural services to people aged over 18 in Birmingham. Job responsibilities
What you'll be working:
We're flexible, we can offer 33 or 44hours per week (3 or 4 long shifts), on a rota basis.
What you'll be doing:
* To be an active participant in the multidisciplinary team, formulating care plans and utilisingappropriate assessments.
* In conjunction with other health professionals, assess and manage risks identified throughassessment of patients/residents.
* To regularly review risk factors and work in conjunction with other health professionals tomodify care plans as appropriate.
* To liaise effectively with all actively involved in the care process, including carers andrelatives, aspiring to provide an effective, seamless and integrated service topatients/residents.
* To maintain and update relevant knowledge and skills; maintain a professional portfolio andparticipate in further training as appropriate, in order to enhance quality of care forpatients/residents and carers.
* To comply with the Active Care Group Health and Safety Policies and Protocols in order tocontribute to safe working practices.
What you'll have:
* A current NMC Pin registration
* A legal right to work in the U.K.
