Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Liaison Officer at Alexander James Contracts Ltd in Brighton. The Resident Liaison Officer will be responsible for daily interactions with residents, addressing their needs and concerns, communicating project updates, providing customer service, and conducting training sessions when necessary. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills Analytical Skills and attention to detail Experience in conducting training sessions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience in customer-facing roles Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Knowledge of construction or property management is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
