To plan and execute an awesome programme of content and product marketing and communications to drive effective lead generation & nurture. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the purpose of this role is to take our communications programme to the next level. You will build and execute campaigns, communications and content to help drive leads and nurture prospects. Using a range of different channels and mediums, your communications and content will engage our audience and accelerate both our outbound and inbound marketing success. Responsibilities: Planning Planning and managing a complex content, communications & campaign calendar to drive defined outcomes/metrics. Communications Utilising all channels (digital and traditional) to deliver content and defined messages to target audiences. Using marketing automation tools effectively to drive efficiency and optimization. Content Research and Development Researching and developing content using a range of internal and external sources. Being (or becoming) a subject matter expert on our markets and tech, able to communicate clearly with target customers. Brand & PR To work alongside the team to coordinate how owned content and communications dovetails with wider PR opportunities. Events To identify opportunities for owned, earned and paid events. Developing a brief and objective and liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required. Essential: A clear and able communicator and copywriter – an ability to make the complex simple and engaging. A capable planner. Able to develop and own plans, delivering as committed. Experienced and confident using marketing technology (e.g Hubspot, Salesforce) Experience/knowledge within Fintech/Insurtech or experience within financial services.
