Digital Account Manager
We're looking for a dynamic client facing Digital Account Manager to join an Edinburgh based Agency, with a diverse range of B2C and B2B clients. This role would see someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role managing and shaping website development projects for clients, helping to drive forward and connect our clients with talented in-house teams in design, UX, strategy, and development.
What you’ll do:
* Lead client accounts and ensure profitability and growth.
* Drive strategic, data-driven decisions to meet and exceed client expectations.
* Facilitate seamless collaboration between creative and development teams.
* Oversee the direction and execution of high-quality web design, development, and digital marketing initiatives.
* Present innovative solutions that tackle complex client challenges.
* Provide regular reporting and insights using tools like GA4.
* Conduct in person Discovery workshops, digital strategy sessions, and present findings to clients, delivering wrap-up sessions.
