Site Manager – Roofing
Location: Truro
I am working with a long-standing contractor to recruit a Roofing Site Manager to join their team. Specialising in maintenance and refurbishment works, my client is known for their reputation for repeat business across the South West.
This position will involve working on roofing upgrades to social housing across the Cornwall region, managing quality control works on void and occupied properties. You will oversee the team and ensure they carry out works safely and in a timely manner, according to the programme.
Suitable candidates:
1. Please only apply if you have experience of roofing projects, ideally pitched roofs.
2. Must have SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid at Work.
3. Must live within Cornwall, you will be expected to travel across the region.
