We are seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to join our client's expanding Order Management team.
In this role, you will support Account Managers by accurately processing orders, addressing order-related inquiries, and coordinating with business partners to ensure the smooth delivery of each project.

Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end order process, assisting with quotations, deliveries and returns
Process sales orders accurately, collaborating closely with other departments to ensure timely deliveries, and preparing loading plans and shipping documentation
Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Maintain accurate records in the CRM database and ensure all sales orders are up-to-date
Assist in resolving invoice and payment queries efficiently
Provide support for daily operational tasks and activitiesWhat we are looking for:
Previous experience in an order processing role
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
IT savvy, previous experience using SAP would be bonusDetails:

Salary: up to £28,000 DOE
Location: Camberley
Contract: Full-time Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, fully office based
