On top of that, we are ALWAYS serious about giving our guests a bloody good time Get a better look at our team culture here: https://www.instagram.com/kaleidoscopehotels/ In return what you'll be doing as Maintenance Technician for The Bird and Dukes Hotel, Bath Like many hotels, ours requires love and attention to maintain the facilities our guests come to expect, in this role you will be instrumental in proactive and reactive maintenance works as a hands-on member of the teamWork closely with our managers to provide an efficient response to maintenance jobs while managing a small maintenance team who are focused on cost effective, efficient working practises As a department manager you will take responsibility for training and developing team members, managing inventory and continuing a seven day rota with call outs Demonstrate best practise to help manage hotel utility costs and improve our eco efficiency throughout the hotel You'll be maintaining the pool plant, swimming pools and hot tubs as you ensure equipment is up to standard and our team and guests are kept safe You will take responsibility for Health and Safety and legal obligations throughout the hotel including but not limited to fire, security and safety regulations, scheduled alarm tests and compliance requirements What happens next with your Maintenance Technician application?
