Job Role: Primary Teacher KS1
Location: Oldham
Salary: £30,000 - £41,000 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in the Oldham area. As a KS1 teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and academic achievement. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure each child's individual needs are met and that they are supported in reaching their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and effective lessons to KS1 students.
2. Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
4. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
2. Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
3. Adaptability to work in day-to-day supply or commit to long-term positions.
4. Passion for inspiring and motivating young learners.
5. Effective communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents.
