Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering orders into the company’s system, ensuring data is correct and up-to-date. This position is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter customer orders into the company system promptly and accurately.
* Review orders for completeness and accuracy before submission.
* Liaise with other team members to resolve any order discrepancies.
* Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
* Assist with additional data entry or administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in MS Office would be ideal
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills for team collaboration.
