As a Physiotherapist within the Offender Health setting, you will provide advanced assessment and treatment to patients with complex and chronic conditions. You will work as an autonomous practitioner, determining clinical diagnoses and treatment plans, while ensuring high standards of care and maintaining clinical records.
Manage a clinical caseload, including offender health and potential private/staff patients.
Work within contract-specific KPIs and report statistics to Senior Management.
Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies, and clinical governance.
Manage the delivery of physiotherapy services across multiple locations, if required.
Maintain and report on clinical incidents, complaints, and compliments.
Qualifications, Experience & Training:
A minimum of two years' experience as a Physiotherapist with exposure to rotational roles in respiratory, MSK, and Neuro.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Postgraduate qualification such as MSc.
Postgraduate qualification in Microsoft Office.
