This role will focus on optimizing cloud financial management for customers, ensuring cost-efficiency, and delivering strategic financial insights. The successful candidate will drive the development and delivery of FinOps services, fostering strong client relationships, and positioning the organization as a leader in cloud financial management solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute the strategic vision for the FinOps service offering, aligning with organisational goals and client needs. Design, implement, and manage end-to-end FinOps services to optimize clients' cloud spending and maximize return on investment. Lead a high-performing team of FinOps professionals, ensuring continuous development and performance excellence. Oversee cloud cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for clients, ensuring financial transparency and accountability. Provide support for presales activities, contributing expertise and guidance to ensure the successful acquisition of new clients and projects. Ensure seamless integration of financial management tools with clients' cloud platforms and organizational processes. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of FinOps services, implementing continuous improvements to enhance cost efficiency and financial performance for clients. Work closely with key stakeholders, including finance, IT, and business units within client organizations, to align financial strategies with business objectives. Accountable for the performance of all services within the Managed Security Services division, regularly assessing and optimizing operational effectiveness, service quality, and client satisfaction to drive continuous improvement and achieve excellence in service delivery. Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in cloud financial management, leveraging insights to enhance service offerings. DESIRABLE Certified Cloud FinOps Practitioner ESSENTIAL Years of Experience Minimum of 10 years in financial management. DESIRABLE Proven experience in developing and managing financial operations in cloud environments (Azure and AWS), utilizing advanced financial management tools. ESSENTIAL CORE Competencies & SKILLS Deep understanding of cloud financial management tools and practices, including cost optimization and financial reporting for Azure and AWS. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a focus on innovation and market trends.
