Job Description
Accounts Receivable Clerk:
* Preparation and submission of invoices and credit notes
* Management of customer accounts and tracking of payments
* Processing and recording transactions
* Performing account reconciliations
* Assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies
* Ensuring compliance with procedures and policies
* Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks
* Credit Control
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:
* A solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
* Proficiency in financial software applications (Sage)
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to work well as part of a team
* AAT knowledge
* Client relations
