Here at Holroyd Howe, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of established and new clients based across Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Operations Manager to make a name for themselves within the food service industry and be a part of setting the new standard for education catering.
Job Description
The successful Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of catering operations, including planning, logistics, execution, and will require proven outstanding client relationship management. This is a high-pressure role that requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

19. The ability to be able to identify new opportunities and develop strategies for maximising them
20. To deliver an excellent food offering which is continuously reviewed and challenged to make sure it meets customer expectations
Qualifications
21. Previous experience in a similar environment at a senior management level
22. A proven, hands-on leader, able to invest in your team and their development
23. Naturally outgoing and vibrant, display a real passion for food and customer service
24. Excellent Health & Safety knowledge
25. Financially astute and have strong IT literacy
26. Innovative, creative and driven by excellence
27. Stay up to date with current food trends
28. Possess great organisation skills, exceptional communication skills and a proactive attitude
29. Excellent understanding of report writing and financial management
30. Successful progressive background in catering, hospitality, retail at the relevant level
31. Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to devise and implement strategies to benefit both the company and the client.
