Overview This role will be responsible for assisting the Transfer Pricing Senior Manager, within the Direct Tax Advisory Team, with all aspects of the Flutter Group’s Transfer Pricing. As part of your role, you will work closely with key collaborators in the business, including Commercial teams, Group Finance and Treasury as well as the wider Tax Team and Finance teams in the Group’s overseas jurisdictions and brands. This role will report directly to the Transfer Pricing Senior Manager within the Direct Tax Advisory Team. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the design, implementation and maintenance of the Group transfer pricing policies, including modelling of recharges, review of transfer pricing calculations and approval of intercompany agreements. Management of global and local transfer pricing projects, including jurisdictional documentation requirements, master file and country by country report preparation. Take the lead on into Treasury processes and procedures, including Group financing arrangements, cash management and profit repatriation. Proactively identifying transfer pricing risks within the Group and leading resolutions to those risks. Work with the wider Tax team and the business to develop deeper understanding of Flutter Group transfer pricing policies. Providing transfer pricing input to the business on the implications of new products, territories and services as the Group grows to ensure they are compliant with local tax requirements, and transfer pricing arrangements are appropriately identified and implemented. Communicating advice optimally and clearly to stakeholders in the business and ensuring all advice is implemented accurately and in line with the Tax team strategy. Proactively promoting of awareness of transfer pricing issues across the group and establishing relationships with key partners in all jurisdictions to achieve that goal. Delivering transfer pricing input into Group M&A activity, including tax due diligence and commentary on structuring. Leading tax input into the integration of new businesses including establishing robust transfer pricing arrangements.
