We are looking for a Control Room Operative for our 24 hours manned security Control Room. General Control Room duties are, but not limited to:
* Receive and monitor all incoming/outgoing phone calls.
* Maintain a log of all activities and action all requests for alarm attendance to our clients’ properties.
* Liaise with our customers and escalate call information to supervisors when needed.
* Monitor welfare check calls for all client/company sites.
* Effectively and efficiently manage messages and ensure they are passed onto the relevant person/s.
* Monitor remote CCTV site images and take the appropriate actions.
* Issue, receive and administer keys.
Shift Pattern: Days 0530-1730 & Nights 1730-0530 on Four ON Four OFF basis. Overtime opportunities available.
Holiday: Approx. 19.5 days per annum (based on Statutory Holiday Entitlement)
Must have a SIA Front Line Security License with preferably CCTV as mandatory requirement.
Wages based on £12.50 per hour. Immediate start available.

* Using of own initiative.
* Must have a good work ethic.

* Security Industry: 2 years (preferred)
