Key Requirements:
1. 3rd Level Building Services / Electrical Engineering Degree and/or Trade background
2. Minimum 5 years plus experience in a site-based MEP role - Experience working on hyperscale Data Centres
3. Excellent IT skills
4. Strong ability to collaborate and work as part of a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to the MEP Construction Manager in Region, align Electrical activities to ensure health and safety of all stakeholders is prioritized.
2. Lead by example, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of Company specific Health & Safety policies and procedures.
3. Be fully aware of hazardous energies and site-specific management strategies (Lock Out Tag Out).
4. Have a working knowledge of the project electrical systems and equipment, tracking installations for compliance with specifications and program needs.
5. Understand project specific commissioning requirements and assist in developing Commissioning Implementation Plans (CIPs).
6. Complete site quality inspections of the Electrical & CSA works for compliance.
7. Coordinate that rooms or areas meet relevant CSA and MEP Quality standards for advanced Beneficial Use.
8. Ensure stakeholders receive necessary information for progress in line with the master construction program.
9. Ensure contractors and vendors are resourced to complete works successfully.
10. Review the master construction schedule to identify opportunities for enhancing program delivery.
11. Review site construction power system (Temporary Power) for compliance with ongoing and commissioning requirements.
12. Chair and input into onsite and offsite meetings with project stakeholders.
13. Issue weekly progress and costs reports.
14. Manage sub-contractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.
15. Review and ensure system electrical stakeholders produce necessary documentation including Construction and Commissioning Programs, Works execution documents, Equipment Bills of Materials, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and relevant turnover/handover packs.
