The post holder will be primarily responsible for the management of patients from the Croydon University Hospital Breast MDT and deliver radiotherapy and systemic therapy (along with medical oncology colleagues) at RM. The post holder will also share internal RM referrals at Sutton with 3 other consultant colleagues as service needs dictate.
• To provide advice on medical and clinical oncology aspects of treatment and care for colleagues in other specialties within The Royal Marsden.
• To attend the unit specific MDTs
• To participate in and support the multidisciplinary care team which includes MedicalOncologists, Clinical Oncologists, Surgeons, the relevant junior team, Specialist Nursing Staff, Therapists, Dietician, Social worker, Palliative Care and Counseling for patients and families.
• The post holder will be expected to participate fully in Peer Review preparation and visits, and Peer Review required Audits.
