Role Overview: As an Architectural Technician/Technologist, you will be integral to the design and execution of innovative, sustainable construction projects. Working across all RIBA stages, you will collaborate with the in-house team and external partners to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed architectural designs using AutoCAD; proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD is advantageous. Manage projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants and contractors, to integrate various aspects of design and construction. Apply knowledge of sustainable building practices and MMC to enhance project outcomes. Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and quality standards. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in architectural design and project management within the construction industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or ArchiCAD is preferred.
