Located in the west of England, Gloucester is a city renowned for its rich history and charm, with highlights including the majestic 11th-century Gloucester Cathedral. The city offers excellent shopping, vibrant cultural experiences through its museums and art galleries, and a delightful mix of urban amenities and picturesque rural landscapes in the nearby Cotswolds.
Our client's practice has emerged as a distinguished choice in the local veterinary community, providing a personal alternative to the larger corporate and multi-vet establishments. Over the past three years, they have built a strong reputation for their dedicated, experienced, and friendly team, many of whom have been working together for more than two decades. The practice thrives on delivering personalised service and fostering meaningful client relationships.
Equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, the practice offers a comprehensive range of services. The facilities include X-ray, Ultrasound, Laser Therapy, Endoscopes, an in-house lab, and specialised orthopaedic equipment. They are known for their capabilities in both orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery.
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out first opinion consultations and performing routine surgeries. You will work in a well-equipped, rapidly growing practice with a loyal client base and collaborate with two animal charities. This position offers an excellent chance to develop your skills in traditional veterinary practices, surgery, medicine, and diagnostic imaging. Additionally, there are potential future partnership opportunities for the right candidate.
Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Veterinary Surgeon who possesses strong surgical and diagnostic skills, a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dedicated team.
