JOB TITLE: Contracts Administrator
HOURS: 8:30 - 5:00, Monday to Friday
START: ASAP
SALARY: £25,000
LOCATION: Ferndown
CULTURE: Friendly and busy team
The role:
1. Providing a high level of administrative support to the Account Manager
2. Putting together and sending out quotes
3. Sending and chasing customers paperwork
4. Completing assessments
5. Assisting with customer queries through telephone and email
6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
7. Updating contract templates
What You'll Bring:
1. Excellent communication and organisational skills
2. Previous experience within a fast paced role
3. Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
4. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
5. Confident using Microsoft office
