HR Advisor – Part-Time
Location: Leicestershire (Office-Based)
Hours: 28 hours per week (flexible over 4 or 5 days)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
We’re working with a well-established organisation based in Leicestershire who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and knowledgeable HR professional with a solid grasp of Employment Law and a passion for shaping impactful HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a varied HR caseload with professionalism and discretion
2. Work closely with department heads to understand team dynamics and identify trends or issues
3. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
4. Provide recruitment support across the business when required
5. Compile and present regular HR reports to inform decision-making
6. Lead or support grievance and disciplinary processes as needed
What We’re Looking For:
1. CIPD Level 5 (or above) – a degree or equivalent qualification is desirable
2. Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
4. Confident in analysing and interpreting HR data to support business improvements
