Managing your schedule, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home, at our Hayes branch at Heathrow Airport and customers’ offices. Activity includes: Identifying and acting on new business opportunities Creating and presenting bespoke solutions to potential customers Contract negotiations and closing new deals Participating in the implementation phase and ensuring a smooth handover to branch teams Establishing collaborative inter-departmental relationships Maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business Updating pipelines of opportunities generated from leads Skills/knowledge requirements Business development/sales within a freight forwarding environment is essential Multimodal freight services knowledge must include air freight Knowledge of local markets and industries and contacts within the freight/logistics sector A full UK driver’s licence is required as this role involves travel CLICK APPLY and someone from our recruitment team will be in touch.
