Facilities Manager - Home Based
North West Portfolio
£38,000 - £42,000 plus car allowance
Hexagon Group are working with a well-respected facilities management company who are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join their growing business, working with highly reputable clients. As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing a mixed-use portfolio of properties across the North West of England, mainly across Manchester and Liverpool. Given the nature of this role, you will be based from home and carry out regular site inspections across your portfolio; you will have full autonomy of your diary.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for providing the full facilities management provision of your allocated portfolio.
2. Carrying out monthly/quarterly site inspections.
3. Responsible for creating and managing each site's service charge budget.
4. Overseeing site health & safety and statutory compliance.
5. Management of the hard & soft service partners on-site.
6. Ensuring the PPM schedules are being completed, and any reactive works are dealt with promptly.
7. Close liaison with your clients and tenants, chairing monthly meetings.
8. Preparation of risk assessments for each site.
The successful candidate will have several years' experience working as a Facilities Manager, ideally managing a mixed-use property portfolio; however, our client would be happy to speak with experienced Assistant Facilities Managers seeking the next step in their career.
As this role will require travel, it is essential that you hold a valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
