Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and results-oriented working environment.
* Establish and manage clear targets, performance objectives, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Regularly review and monitor branch revenue and expenses to ensure budget adherence and profitability.
* Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable management reports, offering insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
* Oversee the resolution of client complaints, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently, and take ownership of escalated matters.
* Manage the administration of all business processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform strategy and maximize market share.
* Develop and implement a strategic business plan focused on achieving financial targets and business growth.
Key Attributes & Skills:
* Extensive local property experience, with a strong understanding of the Knightsbridge and broader London market.
* Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, with a focus on high-value transactions.
* Established network of key contacts in the local business and property community.
* Strong conversion rate in market appraisals, demonstrating the ability to win and close high-value listings.
* In-depth knowledge of industry legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements.
* Ability to navigate the complexities of the residential property market and adapt to changing market dynamics.
