Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Telesales Supervisor is responsible for leading, managing, and motivating the Telesales team to achieve and exceed sales growth. Through the team, develop strong relationships with customers by providing expert knowledge and support, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.

Key activities include:
1. Measuring and coaching Telesales team performance.
2. Working closely with the Business Development Executives and Centre Managers to ensure customer promotions and campaigns are executed.
3. Attending weekly one-on-ones with your Centre Manager.
4. Conducting regular one-on-ones with the Telesales team.
5. Supporting the recruitment of new Telesales colleagues.
6. Liaising with the Warehouse team to ensure all returns and credit sales transactions are swiftly dealt with and authorized appropriately.
7. Liaising with the Accounts team to support customer account queries.
Key Skills Required:
1. Confident and capable communicator, both written and verbally.
2. Basic understanding of using a computer; full training on systems and software used will be provided.
3. Team player.
4. Previous experience in a supervisory or management position is desirable.
