The Role
This isn’t just another desk-based role, you’ll be working on cutting-edge offshore energy projects to solve real world engineering challenges in subsea environments. Whether it's foundation assessments, soil-structure interaction, or geotechnical risk management, your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of complex offshore developments with large value.
This position has opened due to an internal transfer, meaning you'll be stepping into an established yet dynamic role with plenty of room to make it your own. You will be able to thrive and make an impact from day one.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Geotechnical Engineering (or closely related discipline)
* Experience in Oil & Gas, Renewables, or the Subsea industry
* Strong understanding of offshore geotechnical design and analysis
* Right to work in the UK (Visa sponsorship is not available)
What You’ll Be Doing
* Conducting geotechnical analyses and assessments for offshore and subsea projects
* Supporting foundation design, soil-structure interaction, and geohazard risk evaluations
* Providing technical input for offshore installations, pipeline stability, and seabed assessments
* Reviewing and interpreting geotechnical survey data to inform engineering decisions
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions
* Engaging with internal stakeholders and clients to provide expert geotechnical guidance
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices
