Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an Administrator to assist the manager with weekly reporting and assist with updating the internal database system and resident queries. This is a fixed term contract running until 1st August 2025. The role is full time from Monday - Friday and offers a hybrid working pattern and requires 1 day in the office in Holborn. You will be joining our Home team based in Holborn. The Homes team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes. Key responsibilities: Raising Works orders Issuing letters to residents Liaising with residents and contractors arranging access Assisting Compliance manager with arranging quotes & remedials Assisting with updating of My Brolly database & resident queries Assisting with preparing invoices and certs for payment Assisting with managing the weekly reporting Key requirements: Excellent communication skills, verbal, written. Great organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular: Word, Excel and Outlook.
