Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with a Leicester based organisation who deal in Export goods. They are currently recruiting for a Part time Administrator to join their thriving team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator and will be working alongside the Finance Manager. It is an office based role offering up to 25 hours a week, ideally over 5 working days.
Responsibilities:
Processing supplier invoices
Generating customer invoices
Booking in stock and price matching
Dealing with any incoming enquiries to the department
Liaising both internally and externally
Setting up and updating customer accounts
Various administrative duties as required
Ideal Candidate
Previous Administration experience
Good attention to detail
Able to liaise and communicate at all levels
IT literate
Team player
Able to prioritise own workload
