Join us as an HR Advisor and play a key role in driving people strategies and processes that shape our organisational culture. Working closely with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence (Talent, HR Operations, Learning & Development), you will provide essential support across the HR lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
This HR Advisor will be responsible for:
* HR Program Support: Assist HR Business Partners in delivering strategies that enhance engagement, performance management, talent development, employee retention, and internal communications.
* Employee Relations: Provide administrative support, including note-taking, meeting coordination, and preparation of supporting documentation for employee relations matters.
* Data & Reporting: Process data requests, generate reports, and maintain dashboards to support informed decision-making.
* Process Coordination: Ensure smooth delivery of administrative processes relating to the employee lifecycle, such as Family leave, Occupational Health, Flexible Working requests, whilst ensuring that supporting documentation across all other employee processes is shared appropriately with the HR Operations team
* New Joiner & Exit Processes: Administer check-ins and exit interviews, escalating issues, and driving process improvements based on findings.
* Talent Support: Assist with promotions, workforce planning, remuneration, and the annual pay and rewards process in alignment with policies and legal obligations.
* Compliance: Champion GDPR best practices to protect confidential employee information.

You should possess strong organisational skills, while being able to manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines, along with an analytical mindset for generating reports and actionable insights from data.
