KeyResponsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support tothe sales team.
* Manage and maintain customerdatabases ensuring all information is accurate anduptodate.
* Assist in the preparation of salesreports proposals and presentations.
* Coordinatemeetings appointments and travel arrangements for salespersonnel.
* Handle customer inquiries andprovide excellent customer service.
* Support thesales team in managing sales pipelines and tracking salesperformance.
* Perform general office dutiesincluding filing photocopying and ordering officesupplies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative or salessupport role is preferred but all levels of experience will beconsidered.
* Strong organisational skills andattention to detail.
* Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently andas part of a team.
* Must live near Farnham andhave the right to work in the UK.
